About Us

Our first visit was in August 2021 with our children and grandchildren. There were nine of us and the home provided all of the space that we needed to spend the week together as a family while also having space to rest and recharge. We instantly fell in love with the house and the area and throughout that week we really came to appreciate all of the little details that made the space the perfect home away from home.

Fast forward to summer of 2022…and we decided to spend our summer vacation there again...and again in 2023!

While vacationing at the house during the summer of 2023, the previous owner (and now friend) texted us to say that she had decided to sell the house and asked if we knew of anyone who might be interested in purchasing it. We immediately began dreaming of the possibility of US being the ones to purchase the house. We had created lifelong memories there and we couldn’t imagine not returning!

While most of the furnishings have remained the same, we’ve had fun making it our own.

We are looking forward to hosting past renters and new renters at South Point by the Lake!
