Welcome to South Point by the Lake!
Kick back and relax in this spacious, private, sparkling home with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The large open-concept first floor boasts a fully stocked modern kitchen with gas stove that overlooks the dining area. The coffee and tea corner is sure to meet your morning, afternoon, and evening desires. The main floor includes an expansive living room with ample seating and Roku TV, a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, laundry room, and bathroom w/shower.

Upstairs, you will find three spacious bedrooms (two w/queen size beds and one large room with three sturdy bunk beds), two full bathrooms, a large family room stocked with board games, a large Roku TV, and a comfortable day bed. The upstairs comfortably sleeps 11 people. 

For families with small children, the house is equipped with two pack'n plays, high chairs, and baby gates.

Outside the wide, wrap-around, screened-in porch is a lovely place to relax on the porch swing or enjoy a coffee at the patio table. The north side of the house offers a large deck with lounge chairs as well as a table and chairs. The fire pit is ready for your summer smore's or fall bonfire with family and friends and the yard is the perfect place to play bucket golf or a game of corn hole. 

While staying at South Point by the Lake, don't forget to grab the custom clubs in the garage and head next door to play a rousing game of crolf! This game has a rich history in the Little Point Sable community and you won't find it anywhere else (game rules are in the garage with the clubs)!

Lake Michigan is a quick walk down the road to walk the beach. Along the way, look closely for the little gnomes and fairies peeking out. You are welcome to add some too.
If you're looking to enjoy beach time, a short drive to Lake Michigan at the Little Sable Point Lighthouse or Silver Lake State Park are your perfect destinations. 

You will find beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys in the garage for your lake fun!

South Point by the Lake is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and explore all that Michigan has to offer!
